Our Forest Future Hike will take place on 17.07.! The hikes will focus on how forests are affected by climate change, the role of nature in dealing with climate change and the experience of nature and forests. The hikes are accompanied by short mindfulness exercises and explorations. The hikes through nature are accompanied by student Forest Future Coaches.

Climate crisis, expensive fossil fuels – there are many good reasons to switch to renewable energies. But how can I contribute as an individual? A simple, relatively inexpensive and unbureaucratic solution is the balcony solar module. Once installed on the balcony, it collects solar energy and converts it into electricity. Expert Prof. Dr. Stolz will show exactly how this works and what else there is to know about balcony solar modules in a hands-on workshop on June 23 at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz.
